Our core hours are from 9am to 3pm, Monday to Thursday during term time. Fridays will open subject to demand.
- Morning sessions run from 9-12
- Lunch is from 12-1
- Afternoon sessions run from 1-3

You can choose any combination of these hours but we ask that children come for a minimum of 3 sessions a week to ensure they settle happily.
All children are eligible for funding of 15 hours per week from the Local Authority from the term after they become 3 years old, though in some cases your child may be entitled to subsidised sessions from the age of 2. Please see here for more information.
Any additional hours that are not covered by Early years entitlement, will be charged at £6 per hour. There is also a £1 per day fee for all attendees to cover snacks and consumables. Fees are payable at the start of each term – details of fees owing will be emailed to you including explanation of how to pay by BACS transfer. If paying by cheque please make it payable to “Pepperpot Bathford Pre-school”.
We also accept all brands of childcare vouchers, such as Accor and Busy Bees. Please check with your employer to see if they offer such a scheme. These are an extremely tax efficient route to paying for childcare.
Children are required to bring their own packed lunch.
